The study of the morphology White Blood Cells (WBCs) further contributes to clinical diagnosis blood diseases. In this research paper, we come up with an image segmentation enhancement by combining Fourier Fast Transform on smear capture and classical thresholding. (FFT) is a very powerful tool in processing it was used segment extract WBCs. Our method uses combined filtering Inverse for extraction visualization high frequency region image. order remove residual Red acting as noise expected result, final thresholding step added at end processing. results presented article report tests performed using our mathematical implementation.
